The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 17 mph (28 km/h). A west-northwest to northwest motion is expected during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds remain near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast, and the depression is expected to become a remnant low on Monday.
