The depression is moving toward the northwest near 16 mph (26 km/h). A motion towards the northwest or west-northwest is expected during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is expected, and the depression is forecast to become a remnant low later today.
