Key Messages:
 
1. A couple of tornadoes will be possible early this evening across
portions of southeast Virginia and Delmarva.
 
2. Renewed river flooding on the St. Johns River (FL) is ongoing.
Isolated flash, urban, and small stream flooding will be possible
through tonight across the central Appalachians and northern
Mid-Atlantic, particularly in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Heavy rain
and isolated flooding impacts will extend north across New England
through early Saturday.
