The Storm Surge Watch graphic and associated GIS data for 
Tropical Storm Elsa advisory number 18 is currently unavailable due 
to technical issues.  The Storm Surge Watch is in effect from 
Bonita Springs, FL, northward to the Suwannee River, FL, and is 
reflected in the NHC Forecast and Public advisories.  The technical 
issue is actively being addressed at this time.
