DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 700 PM PST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Twenty-E was located near latitude 12.6 North, longitude 122.4 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h). A slow northwestward to northward motion is expected during the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Some slight strengthening is possible in a day or so. However, the system is forecast to become a remnant low by the end of the weekend. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
