DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Felicia was located near latitude 23.4 North, longitude 120.3 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h). A turn to the west-northwest with a decrease in forward speed is expected on Saturday. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Continued weakening is forecast, and the remnant low is expected to dissipate in a few days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb (29.77 inches).
