DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 400 AM CDT (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Marty was located near latitude 16.7 North, longitude 104.4 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h), and this motion is expected to continue today. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The remnant low is forecast to dissipate in a day or so. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
