Olaf is moving toward the west near 13 mph (20 km/h). A decrease in forward speed is expected by tonight, with a turn toward the west-northwest forecast on Sunday. Maximum sustained winds remain near 60 mph (95 km/h) with higher gusts. Additional strengthening is forecast, and Olaf is expected to become a hurricane by Sunday, and be near major hurricane strength on Monday.
