DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Roslyn was located near latitude 23.5 North, longitude 115.5 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the north-northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h). A turn toward the northwest and west-northwest is expected later today and tonight. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The remnant low is expected to dissipate in a day or so. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb (29.80 inches).
