DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 800 PM MST (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Tina
was located near latitude 18.9 North, longitude 109.8 West.  The
post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west near 7 mph (11
km/h), and this motion is expected to continue tonight and Tuesday.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 30 mph (45 km/h) with
higher gusts.  Further weakening is likely, and the remnant low is
forecast to dissipate by late Tuesday.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb (29.80 inches).
