DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 1000 AM CDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Adrian was located near latitude 10.4 North, longitude 92.7 West. Adrian is moving toward the northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h) and a slow northwestward to west-northwestward motion is expected over the next 48 hours. Maximum sustained winds remain near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts. Some slow strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
