located near latitude 19.3 North, longitude 143.8 West. Darby is
moving toward the west-southwest near 14 mph (22 km/h). Darby will
gradually turn toward the west with a sligth decrease in
forward speed over the next 48 hours.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 65 mph (100 km/h) with higher
gusts.  Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48
hours. 
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 110 miles (175 km)
from the center.
