At 1100 PM HST (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Lester was
located near latitude 32.2 North, longitude 165.5 West. Lester is
moving toward the north near 12 mph (19 km/h). This motion is
expected to continue overnight. Lester will turn toward the north on
Tuesday followed by a turn to the northeast by Wednesday with an
increase in forward speed.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 60 mph (95 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours. 
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 125 miles (205 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 999 mb (29.50 inches).
