At 500 PM HST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression
Nineteen-E was located near latitude 11.8 North, longitude 140.3
West. The depression is moving toward the north near 5 mph (7
km/h). This general motion will continue tonight followed by a
turn toward the north-northeast on Tuesday and Wednesday.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Some strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours. Some 
increase in strength is expected during the next 24 to 36 hours
followed by weakening late Wednesday.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
