Greg is moving toward the west near 10 mph (17 km/h). A turn toward the west-northwest with an increase in forward speed is expected by Thursday. Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual strengthening is forecast during the next 48 hours.
