The depression is moving toward the west-southwest near 6 mph (9 km/h), and a slow motion toward the southwest is expected during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression is forecast to become a remnant low Friday or Friday night.
