DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 900 AM MDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E was located near latitude 17.7 North, longitude 109.1 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 15 mph (24 km/h). A west-northwest heading with a decrease in forward speed is forecast for the next two days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast through the weekend, and the depression is expected to become a remnant low by Monday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb (29.80 inches).
