DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 300 PM MDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E was located near latitude 18.0 North, longitude 110.2 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 14 mph (22 km/h). A continued west-northwest or northwest motion with a decrease in forward speed is forecast for the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Some weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours and the depression is expected become a remnant low by Sunday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
