At 900 AM MDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Eleven-E
was located near latitude 19.5 North, longitude 111.4 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h).  A
continued northwest motion with a decrease in forward speed is
expected until the system dissipates early next week.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
The depression is forecast to become a remnant low later today.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
