DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 300 PM MDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Jova was
located near latitude 20.4 North, longitude 113.1 West.  The
depression is moving toward the west near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this
motion is forecast to continue for the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 35 mph (55 km/h)
with higher gusts.  Additional weakening is expected, and Jova will
likely become a remnant low by Monday.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
