DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM HST (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Ema was located near latitude 25.4 North, longitude 168.3 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the north-northwest near 17 mph (28 km/h). This motion is expected to continue tonight, with the remnant low expected to dissipate on Monday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is expected tonight, with the remnant low expected to dissipate on Monday.
