DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 PM CST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Twenty-One-E was located near latitude 11.9 North, longitude 104.6 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 10 mph (17 km/h), and this motion with a decrease in forward speed is expected during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast, and the depression is expected to either dissipate or degenerate into a remnant low within the next couple of days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
