DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 400 AM CDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Hanna was located near latitude 24.1 North, longitude 102.9 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 5 mph (7 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue today. Maximum sustained winds are near 25 mph (35 km/h) with higher gusts. Hanna will weaken into a remnant low today. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
