DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Seven-E was located near latitude 19.0 North, longitude 131.0 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 10 mph (17 km/h). A turn toward the west-northwest is expected by this evening, followed by a turn toward the west early Tuesday and the west-southwest late Tuesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast during the next couple of days, and the depression is expected to degenerate into a remnant low by Tuesday morning. The remnant low should then dissipate by late Wednesday.
