DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Seven-E was located near latitude 19.3 North, longitude 134.1 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west near 13 mph (20 km/h), and a turn toward the west-southwest is expected by Wednesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast, and the post-tropical cyclone is expected to dissipate Wednesday or Wednesday night.
