DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Norbert was located near latitude 26.2 North, longitude 116.1 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the north-northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue until dissipation occurs later today or tonight. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast and the remnant low is expected to dissipate later today or tonight.
