DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 300 AM MDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Andres was located near latitude 15.9 North, longitude 111.0 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 7 mph (11 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Further weakening is forecast, and Andres is expected to become a remnant low later this morning and dissipate late Wednesday night. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
