DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 500 PM HST (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Felicia was located near latitude 14.9 North, longitude 140.9 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-southwest near 16 mph (26 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue over the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. The remnant low is expected to weaken slightly tonight then remain steady through Thursday.
